Dynamic purchasing system (DPS)

Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is a digital procurement procedure that is open to all suppliers meeting the eligibility criteria throughout its duration. In a DPS, the client conducts a mini-competition among all suppliers participating in the DPS.
